I made these cupcakes as a thank-you for the ladies at Red Magazine. Although the icing was a little bit too sweet, I thought they went down a treat! The recipe is from Martha Stewart's book 'Cupcakes' which has an endless amount of weird and wonderful ideas. I couldn't get any shredded coconut so decorated with walnuts instead.
